We keep PokePack.io lean on data collection and transparent about how your information is used. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect
- Account details you provide (email, username) so you can save your collection.
- Gameplay and collection activity to keep progress in sync across devices.
- Diagnostic and analytics events to improve performance and stability.
How we use it
- Authenticate your account and protect access to your collection.
- Surface features like recent openings, XP, and personalized progression.
- Monitor uptime, debug issues, and plan improvements to the simulator.
Sharing & third parties
- Infrastructure and analytics providers that help us run the app (e.g., Supabase, error monitoring).
- No selling of personal data. Sharing is limited to operating and improving PokePack.io.
Data retention
- Account data is kept while your account stays active.
- Diagnostic logs and analytics are retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting and product insights.
- You can request deletion and we will remove or anonymize your personal data.
Your choices
- Update or delete your account data by signing in and changing settings or by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing emails (if ever sent) using unsubscribe links in the message.
- Use an ad blocker to manage cookies not required for core functionality.
